Frank and K-9 Rocky

I have been a Firefighter/Paramedic for 20 plus years. I have witnessed many tragedies and triumphs throughout my career.
I recently rescued a canine, "Rocky", from the most deplorable conditions imaginable. At that time, he was grossly underweight, malnourished and abused. I have worked tirelessly to gain the trust of this amazing animal.
Rocky has made huge strides with rebuilding his emotional trust with me and society. Even though we still have a long road left to full recovery ahead of us, Rocky and I have formed a bond that has changed my life. I not only look at him as a best friend and partner, but we help each other cope with the stress and trauma of work and life.
